It's been 4 months since I bought this machine from @royalenfield
My experience so far is not good at all with the build quality & service.
The very first problem came with the battery ...I know I know ..that's a 3rd party. But it took 1 month for the service center to get me a replacement.
2nd problem came during 2nd service, front fork oil seepage, they had to replace fork pipe, but during service they ended up ruining the paint of several parts.
3rd problem is right there on screen, exshaust pipe cracked up, I have been asked to wait for 10days for the replacement. Like seriously? 10days.
The service center name is Unison Motors, Borivali Mumbai.
All I want to say is "Royal Enfield is not Royal anymore"
