Not every workout is going be perfect.
Not every meal is going to be spot on.
Not every week you're going to feel 100% and "like it." Shit will hit the fan. Weeks will be bad; days will be long; meetings will be tiring; kids will get sick; donuts will end up in your mouth hole.
99% of the time the life scenario will be far from perfect. Therefore, kick the perfectionist in yourself in the ball and tell him to fuck off.
Because done is always better then none. Small "dones" are small actions. Small actions will bring your arse to the desired goals.
