When Low-carb day contains 350 grams and you did'nt even count in the carbs in your veggies 🙈!!! Clean bulk is mega on💪!!! Fajah 'kill your body' eat your hart out. Well, guess not. She thinks, and worse, states 😯 women in general can live on 1300 / 1400 calories a day. Whatever her personal circumstances and stats😬 WTF! I'm writing about a (former?) dutch actrice who decided she is capable of giving fitness- & food advice and even wrote a book about it. I don't care if she wants to starve herself, but other women and girls might believe this marketing celeb bullcrap, might look up to her and now believe you will get fat when eating over 1400 calories😭. It makes me sick and angry. Her program is called 'killerbodies'. It says exactly what it does in the end. It'll kill your body. So sad.... The book & website should come with a warning. Enter/read etc at your own risk.
I mean, if you want to inspire others, great, well done, but please, first know what you are talking about and what consequences wrong information can cause... So, now it is time for my first portion of 100 grams of rice, turkey and curry. Enjoy!
