It's been two months, but today i started counting macros again & i feel so much better. If i'm being honest, intuitive eating turned in to eating whatever i wanted & while that wasn't all unhealthy meals by any means, there was far too much chocolate involved! 😜 Counting my macros & tracking them on My Fitness Pal makes me feel accountable & gives me pause when prepping my meals & snacks & i feel so much happier in doing so. I didn't actually think i'd ever say this but i'm listening to my body & mind & getting back on track.
