this perfectly describes my thoughts right now..

so today ended in an unplanned treat night which included dominoes and chocolates 🍫 I took it as it came and enjoyed every second of it (when usually I'd be overwhelmed by guilt before I was half way through it)..
the difference was, tonight when i had finished I didn't feel the need to continue scoffing my face for the entire night until I felt sick, which usually would have happened! Instead, I feel completely happy that my tummy is very full and I am so ready to smash the rest of the week nutrition and training wise, and I am not going to let the guilt take over and dwell on that pizza as i used to for the whole week!! The point I am making here is that... although it seems like the smallest thing to some people and it may seem like a small thing to you aswell, think of it another achievement that you've achieved today ☺💪🏼💛
