Today I focused on not stopping until the video actually told me to rest! I'm definitely guilty of stopping before the rest time. I'm doing these workouts to the best of my ability because all of the girls in my challenge group are too! Those seconds add up! Challenge yourself to not stop until the workout is REALLY over!

When something's broken, fix it. I have been so inconsistent with my nutrition. I'll do so good for a couple days then ruin it. I've been so tired of feeling tired, bloated and having such bad stomach issues. .
So, starting Monday I will be changing to the Whole 30 diet. Wish me luck!! I'll be documenting it along the way as well! ✌🏻
