I typically grill 5 chicken breasts for the week as well for dinners, which normally consists of massive salads with lots of hummus😋Food is fuel, people, don't be scared to EAT!
Ce que je déteste avec le retour des vacances, c'est quand tu rentres et que tu n'as plus rien dans le frigo... Pour couronner le tout, c'est souvent le dimanche donc impossible de faire des courses 😔
Et là, je donnerais clairement tout pour avoir une assiette comme celle-ci devant moi 😆 Du quinoa, de la roquette, des tranches de betterave, de l'avocat, des tomates cerises, des brocolis, des pousses germées et un oeuf, de quoi me mettre l'eau à la bouche mais rien sous la dent 🙈😅

This is important because the human body is optimized at a slightly alkaline level. Which is a major factor in wording off many diseases.
