_ this is something I NEVER EVER do. I've NEVER posted anything like this before. Sadly, this is me now 😞 it's hard for me to think I even let myself get to this point. Going from weighing 115, to what this is now, after having my daughter 6 years ago, and just letting myself go when it comes to eating & exercising, has been a hard thing to deal with. I'm working now to make this image something I can be proud of. Turn my body into something I can appreciate. I've gained 50/60 pounds since since having my daughter, and can't seem to get rid of it. I'm hoping posting this will help me to get motivated to do something about it instead of sitting on my butt full of undeserved self pity. Protein Cupcakes😍🙌🏼 Yummy lil healthy snacks for the next couple days to help control my sweet tooth cravings💪🏼 Made up this recipe on my own and I love it!! •60 g Chocolate Shakeology (can use choc protein powder but i chose shakeology because it is packed full of all kinds of super foods and is more than just protein)
•1 whole egg
•1 egg white
•1 banana • a little less than 1/2 c unsweetened cashew milk (i eye balled this so I'm not exactly sure)
•1 tbs peanut butter •Blend in nutribullet, pour in sprayed muffin tin and cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes. And viola!! I'll be experimenting and w this basic recipe to create some more yummy fun healthy snacks to share with y'all because let's be honest, healthy alternatives to our favorites are life saving!

MILLET & SWISS CHARD - FOR 5 SALADS IN A JAR
• ½ medium red onion thinly sliced, 10oz cherry tomatoes, 1 large carrots (I use a spiralizer to cut them like noodles), 1 large zucchini (cut them like noodles too), 2 cups of cooked millet, 2 cups of cooked black beans, 10 cups Swiss chard, 1 cup pecans.
DRESSING (FOR 1 SALAD):
• 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1/2 tsp. of salt (or to taste), 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. of nutritional yeast, juice of ½ lemon. 🇧🇷PORTUGUÊS
DESAFIO DA SALADA DE JANEIRO - DIA 18 * 18/365. 🥗🥝🍠
PAINÇO E ACELGA - PARA 5 SALADAS NO POTE
• ½ cebola roxa média cortada em rodelas finas, 283 g de tomate cereja, 1 cenoura grande (uso o espiralizador para cortá-la em forma de espaguete), 1 abobrinha grande (corto da mesma forma que a cenoura), 2 xícaras de painço cozido, 2 xícaras de feijão preto cozido, 10 xícaras de acelga cortada em pedaços pequenos, 1 xícara de noz-peca.
TEMPERO (PARA 1 SALADA):
• 1 dente de alho amassado, 1/2 c. de chá de sal (ou a gosto), 2 c. de chá de azeite de oliva, 1 c. de chá de fermento nutricional, suco de ½ limão.
