Ever have a picture that's a complete wake up call? Well this is it for me. My mom took this yesterday at my grandmas birthday. In my scrubs of course because when am I not working. My point is, I can't even stand to look at this picture. When did I ever allow myself to get this big? I didn't even realize I looked like this! Although I don't want to spend any money on the gym right now I need to spend more time on workouts at home. If anyone has any go-to at home workouts please share. This is seriously a goodbye to the old me because I can't do this anymore. I refuse to let PCOS hold me back and I refuse to live an unhappy life.

1999: This was before I uprooted my entire world and on a rebellious decision moved myself to Florida. All by myself. I am still that tenacious, ambitious & motivated Amy BUT!!
- the girl back then knew nothing about health
-the girl back then was not fitness minded
-the girl Back then lacked confidence
-The girl back then thought she was good at one job so hence the move 🙄 sorry Mom!! - the girl back then ate oatmeal, tomato soup and a lot of take out
-when I moved to Florida?! Ha! Drinking, take out and not good eating habits. I was close to 140 pounds when I moved from Florida to Texas. *
2017: SO much healthier!!! Happier!! Balanced!!
- I have a clue about health now!
- I used to workout for hours when I moved to Texas. Not anymore!!
- 30-40 minutes of full body workouts- done!
-healthy balanced EATING!! No diet for me.
-I cook now occasionally 😉
-I do not limit what I eat as far as healthy options
-I learned my body needed dense nutrition- Shakeology is infusing me with health
