Seriously, I'm still feeling a bit sore in my legs and booty from my session this Monday, that was a heeell of a workout 😅 looking forward to killing it today at the gym. See you there right?! 🙋🏻
Really pushed myself this morning to earn that cheat meal tonight 💪 I have not felt the best about my progress [physically] lately; but watching my body do this today really put into perspective just how far I've come.
