Went out of my comfort zone with my colour choices with my #makeuptoday ... I kinda like it! For a change! ✨💚
I didn't turn my watch on until halfway through my lifting! 😯 So, I just did a little math and doubled the number from the last half, 138 calories burned. I aslo, did Plyometric Cardio Circuit 😰 and burned 497 calories 💪. Totaling 635 calories burned in about 65 minutes. .
When I graduated College 2 years ago, I thought my future was about to kick off. But instead, I found myself in a serious rut. Spiritual, emotional, physical- I felt like I was just spinning instead of moving forward. Anyone else?
That rut lasted on & off for about 2 years 🙈. And this year, the Lord so very clearly spoke to my heart that I needed to focus on discipline. •
Without discipline we are missing out on the fullness God has for our journey. I'm tired of not experiencing Him the way my heart longs to, I'm tired of being lazy in certain areas of my life. & while I've grown in some areas, I know God has a deeper work He wants to do in me. •
How about you friends? This month let's walk through the struggles of being undisciplined & get to victory together. •
Comment below with a 🙋🏻 if you relate & are ready to get out of your rut!
