50% of the time you should be training shoulders with 6-12 reps at 60-80% of your 1RM and the other 50% of the time you should be training shoulders with 12+ reps at 50-60% of your 1RM
The shoulders are made up of three primary muscles. Therefore, you should use this technique for each of the shoulder muscles!
