Protein Cupcakes😍🙌🏼 Yummy lil healthy snacks for the next couple days to help control my sweet tooth cravings💪🏼 Made up this recipe on my own and I love it!! •60 g Chocolate Shakeology (can use choc protein powder but i chose shakeology because it is packed full of all kinds of super foods and is more than just protein)
•1 whole egg
•1 egg white
•1 banana • a little less than 1/2 c unsweetened cashew milk (i eye balled this so I'm not exactly sure)
•1 tbs peanut butter •Blend in nutribullet, pour in sprayed muffin tin and cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes. And viola!! I'll be experimenting and w this basic recipe to create some more yummy fun healthy snacks to share with y'all because let's be honest, healthy alternatives to our favorites are life saving!
