I've been using this one a lot lately. It blends beautifully with Lavender, Ylang ylang, and I personally love it with Grapefruit, too! 💜 In the Middle Ages it was frequently used to soothe skin and is revered today for this quality. Combine with fractionated coconut oil and gently apply to calm + rejuvenate.
💜 Wonderful for alllll things womanly, so during your menstrual cycle, rub three to five drops on the abdomen for a relaxing massage.
💜 Add to bath water for a stress-relieving soak.

💜 Diffuse at bedtime to help with restful sleep. I like to also rub a little on my wrists so I have it *right there* in case I need it in the middle of the night. Xox
