When I transferred to a bigger city, I get to encounter all forms of uncertainties, fears, strangers and possibilities each day. It's truly hard when a homebound person like me steps into the crowd just to see the authentic world. There are days when I feel like passing out as I walk in those unfamiliar streets. There was even a scenario when I missed out a ride then I ended up walking along those dark streets where I saw drunk people partying all night long then I praised myself that I was able to survive from the noise, smoke and free hugs they gave without running away from them. Every time I close my eyes as I drift off to sleep, I thank the Big Guy up there who meets me everywhere and for keeping me safe at all times. Fear melts when you take action towards a goal. As the saying goes, don't be afraid of your fears, they're not there to scare you; they're there to let the odds by surviving the most gruesome battle of them all. So let go of the monster inside your head and enjoy every breathe you take as you traverse.
