When my clients and I first start working together, one of the first things I look at is their breakfast.
Do they actually eat it?
Do they eat a ton of carbs and sugar ( hello toast & orange juice! )
Or do they set themselves up for success and have a great breakfast?
I believe breakfast is absolutely key if you want to lose 20lbs, have more energy, and have a healthy body.
